Reasons for blogging

There has been a lot of misconception when it comes to blogs, bloggers, and blogging in general. Maybe because as easy as it may be   'just writing" is not taken seriously as pertained to other career paths when it comes to professionalism or maybe because there have been quieter a number of problematic writers who have chosen to use shortcuts when it comes to publishing blogs, later duping them into trouble or getting negative reviews. eg cases of breach of privacy and plagiarism among others.

However, as a sager puts it  "there are two sides to the coin", and blogging has a lot of good stories in it the most eye-catching, it being bait that could attract money when done professionally by targeting the right audience, using the right channels and keeping them glued to beautiful articles that they resonate with, in their daily lives.

I know that maintaining a suitable audience can be such an uphill task, especially for beginners, but what is hard when you have already envisioned it? my point exactly? To be able to write appealing articles we got to first love writing. By loving it we have already seen in our minds what we actually want to put out there. We already imagined how it would bring us lots of money if some.. and we imagined how it would be a life-changing experience to one too many readers online.

Among the many reasons we write are

  1.  To generate income through creating traffic on blog sites.
  2. It's a platform in which most writers have the freedom to express themselves.
  3.  It creates education for readers who are eager to learn from different points of view.
  4. It also promotes businesses.
  5.  It showcases writing skills and could improve writing if done consistently.

That said, if you are looking into creating long-term links, connecting with people and businesses online, creating brands, expressing yourself freely, and digital marketing among others, then this should be your happy place. as long as passion drives you, blogging will pay you more bills than you ever imagined. You will never have to choose a time and place to do it and that gives you the financial freedom to work at your pace.
