My spring break and anger management
Its been a minute since my last post . I got tucked In between work errands . A lot has happened
over the days including books books and more books relating to my " happy 30 th " post about my biggest life's alterations . I haven't taken a break on my self development project , at least Not yet ! Neither have I denied myself a little me time whenever necessary. However I have practiced new habits to keep me on toes yet relaxed and fun at the same time like swimming which is part of body exercising, taking long evening strolls to the groceries and beaches which can be really revitalizing! uploading puzzle games on my tab in place of movies to keep my brain all jungled up as well as having my time out with a friend every once in a while to keep my laugh activated! .
Any who , one thing that has gotten me dashing here is anger management . I tell you for free if there’s anything that can deprive your peace in a blink is Anger . One minute you’re all happy and bubbly and the next you want to scream your lungs out and release all the pressure out! How we manage it always determines the consequences . I have graduated from breaking glasses , gnashing my teeth ,cursing and cursing , to taking my cool , breathing out the negative energy and breathing in the positives. I know am not your typical yoga instructor but this must have been the best remedy ever especially when am trying to save and fund my dreams .i don’t allow things that could steal my focus get the best of me! Occasionally what boils our anger level is always something we can manage given room to take a deep breath and think about what loses you might incur if you get consumed in anger . A squabble with a friend, coworkers , family can be one cause to trigger your emotions. All the same I feel like everyone has their own breaking points and how to manage self anger . Whatever it is don’t let it take your driver seat. Remind Mr anger that you got the power !
PS. Anything that costs your peace is too expensive , let it go.
